Restorative Pathways (RP) is more than a workforce development program—it’s a journey designed to empower justice-impacted individuals to achieve economic mobility and personal growth. Our comprehensive approach equips participants with the tools to thrive in high-demand industries, combining real-world education with personal transformation.
Eligibility Requirements
To join Restorative Pathways, applicants must:
- Be justice-impacted.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Meet baseline criteria for participation.
Program Overview
- Commitment: RP is a 4-week program, with additional industry-specific training available.
- Location: All sessions take place at the CO-LAB Building in uptown Charlotte, NC (301 E 9th St. Charlotte, NC 28202).
- Frequency: Cohorts run multiple times during the year.
- Materials Provided: Everything you need to succeed will be provided.
- Proven Results: Graduates have achieved life-changing milestones, including securing housing, purchasing vehicles, gaining financial stability, and pursuing further education and certifications.
Interest and Preparation

Application and Vetting
Applications are open year round. Complete your application and undergo a rigorous vetting process, including behavioral and situational panel interviews, to prepare for employer partnerships.
Cohort Participation
Join a cohort where you’ll develop workplace readiness, digital fluency, teamwork, and emotional intelligence through a cutting-edge curriculum. Participate in hands-on projects and interactive learning.
Job Placement
Upon successful completion, graduates are employer ready and will receive assistance with securing entry level roles into high demand industries.
Long Term Support
Graduates receive six months of bi-weekly Accountability Partner support and access to ongoing professional resources to ensure sustained success.
